In consideration of being permitted to participate in any way in “Hot Rods at the Beach” attraction (hereinafter “the attraction”) or being permitted to enter for any purpose any restricted areas associated with the attraction, each of the undersigned, for him/her-self and for all personal representatives, heirs, assigns, and next of kin:

Hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue the Santa Cruz Seaside Company, City of Santa Cruz, SCPOA, and/or any employees, officers, owners, agents, promoters, operators, and participants (hereinafter “releasees”) for any and all loss or damage, and any claim or demands therefore on account of injury to the person or property of the undersigned, arising out of or in any way related to the attraction, whether caused by negligence of the releasees or otherwise.

Hereby expressly assumes full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury or property damage and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the releasees, and each of them, from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur arising out of or related to the attraction, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise.
